Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a HIIT cardio and ab routine to give our joints a rest and to work on that cardiovascular endurance.

Cardio…

To start off the cardio for this workout, we will do a 1 mile run to get the blood flowing and get into the mindset of our workout. Then we are going to ramp things up do a sprint interval routine 3 times. After that we are going to move into an incline interval routine for 3 times as well. Both of these intervals should get your heart rate at your peak level!

Abs..
For abs, we are going to do 2 different circuits as well. The first one will be doing a 2 minute plank circuit for 3 rounds. This will work your core as a whole so be sure to isolate those muscles. Next we will do more of a traditional ab routine using weights to add more resistance.
