Today we are doing a HIIT Chest workout which should take you about 50 minutes to an hour. This workout will keep your heart rate up throughout the duration of the workout, so get ready to burn plenty of calories!

To start it off, we are going to do an internal running circuit on the treadmill. This will warm up your body and get the blood flowing for the workout ahead.

The first circuit is going to be 4 rounds of 10 reps of bench, flies, dips, and pushups. Try to crank through all of these exercises as fast a possible then take a 30 second break before starting the next set.

Back to cardio! Hop on the stair master and increase the intensity every 3 minutes 3 times. Once you have done that, slow down the speed for one minute for a cool down.

The second circuit is another 4 rounds at 10 reps but you will do incline bench, plate raises, alternating press, and pushups. Get through these exercises as fast a possible then take a 30 second break before starting the next set.

Once you have completed all of this, stretch out those muscles and feel free to do a cool down walk for about 3 – 5 minutes.

Less Intense Version:

The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
