Today’s…

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be running a 5K. You can either do this on a treadmill or outside, totally up to you. This is the primary focus of our workout today so make it count. Try to challenge yourself and maybe run a difficult route or try to get a new PR!

Circuit…

For our circuit today we will hit 2 body weight exercises followed by 5 ab exercises which we will do 30 seconds each of. We will do this circuit for a total of 4 rounds!

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
