Today we are going to do a leg circuit to get the blood flowing and that heart rate up. The goal for today is to get through this circuit as fast as possible.
- 1 mile warm up run
- 5 rounds of the following:
- 10 reps of squat
- 10 reps of front squat
- 10 reps of dumbbell lunge
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 20 calf raises
- 100 toe touches
- 100 Russian twists
Less intense version
- 10 minute incline walk (shoot for 5 – 7% incline)
- 3 rounds of the following:
- 10 reps of squat
- 10 reps of front squat
- 10 reps of dumbbell lunge
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 20 calf raises
- 50 toe touches
- 50 Russian twists
