Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this Light Cardio and Ab Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Light Cardio and Ab Workout. This is a great workout to get back into the workout routine on a Monday!

Cardio

For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 25 Minute jog on the treadmill. As the run progresses, feel free to change either the speed or incline to make it more challenging. This should get your heart rate high, burning plenty of calories in a short amount of time. Take as many breaks as you need but still try to keep your heart rate up! If you want, do this run outside instead of the treadmill!

Once you have completed the run, hit the bike for 10 minutes. You should once again play around with the intensity on the bike throughout the 10 minutes.

Abs…

For Abs today, we are going to do 4 rounds of 3 exercises, performing each exercise for 30 seconds before moving on to the next. After each round, take a 30 seconds rest.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
