Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this Post holiday 800 calorie workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Post holiday 800 calorie workout. This is a great workout that will work on strength and cardio, to help build lean muscle. This is also a great workout to get back into the groove of things after the holiday season and burn off some of those extra calories you have been consuming the last few days.

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be running 3 miles on the treadmill. You can either do this on a treadmill or outside, totally up to you. This is the primary focus of our workout today so make it count. Try to challenge yourself and maybe run a difficult route or try to get a new PR!

Circuit…

We will have 2 different circuits today. One targeting full body and working on body weight strength. The other will focus on abs. Each circuit will be 4 rounds of the 4 exercises and do each exercise for the desired amount of reps stated in the workout.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
