Build that Stronger and Leaner Body with this Quick 15 Minute Home Cardio and Ab Workout.

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Quick 15 Minute Home Cardio and Ab Workout. This is a great workout if you are in a hurry or your work day does not allow you to get in a full workout routine. 

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to doing 30 seconds of jog in place, 30 seconds of jumping jacks, 30 seconds of skater hops, 30 seconds of steam engines, followed by a 30 seconds break.  We will do this for a total of 3 times.  This will get your heart rate up so get ready!

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 4 different exercises for 30 seconds each followed by a 30 second break. We will do this for a total of 3 rounds. Todays workout is to really hit abs hard to build a strong core. Having a strong core is essential and will benefit you in the long run. 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Cardio:

 – 3 rounds of the following:

    – 30 seconds of jog in place

    – 30 seconds of jumping jacks

    – 30 seconds of skater hops

    – 30 seconds of steam engines

    – 30 second break

 

-3 rounds of the following:

    – 30 seconds high plank

    – 30 seconds left side plank

    – 30 seconds right side plank

    – 30 seconds high plank

    – 30 second break
