Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this High Intensity Lower Body Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Starter Chest Workout. This is a good beginner workout for those that are just getting into working out.

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 1 mile run. This is a great way to get your muscles loosened up and the blood flowing. If it is nice outside, feel free to substitute this with a 1 mile run outside instead.

Circuit…

For our workout today, we are going to be hitting chest. To get the most out of this workout, I would suggest doing it at the gym since it involves need a bench, barbell, and dumbbells.

The workout today is made up of 7 different exercises made up of different sets and reps. Take your time working through this workout and make sure to focus on having good form.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
