For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 5K run. Run this at your own pace. Also, you can run this on the treadmill or outside. I am going to be doing mine outside because it is suppose to be beautiful here in Charlotte so I want to enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!
Abs…
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
Summer Cardio and Ab Workout:
Cardio:
– 5k Run outside
Abs:
– 4 rounds of the following:
– 10 v-ups
– 1o x- ups
– 30 mountain climbers
– 30 second high plank
