For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 25 minute run. Running is a great way to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Once we are done with our run, we will head over to the stair master where we will be for 15 minutes. Hopefully by this point, you have a good sweat going and have elevated your heart rate. Keep up the intensity throughout the 15 minutes.

Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Cardio:
– 25 minute run
– 15 minutes on the stair master
Circuit:
4 rounds of the following:
– 20 Push ups
– 10 pull ups
– 10 weighted toe touches
– 10 leg raises
– 10 leg pull ins
– 10 standing weighted oblique dips (each side)
