Running a little late today with the daily WOD. Here is what I did this morning:

6/25

  • 1 mile run
  • 50 push-ups
  • 1000 Meter Row
  • Stairs super set with sprints (3 sets)
  • 100 Crunches
  • Bench 5 x 10
  • Incline 5 x 10 superset with dumbbell flies 5 x 10
