Running a little late today with the daily WOD. Here is what I did this morning:

- 1 mile run
- 50 push-ups
- 1000 Meter Row
- Stairs super set with sprints (3 sets)
- 100 Crunches
- Bench 5 x 10
- Incline 5 x 10 superset with dumbbell flies 5 x 10
