Top Tier Fitness CLT’s ‘Workout of the Day’ (WODs) are designed to keep your exercise routine fun and exciting. Unlike traditional Workout of the day ideas, Top Tier Fitness CLT WODs are a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and traditional weight training. These workouts designed to optimize ones power and strength while also incorporating cardio to keep you lean.
We also want to make sure everyone can manage to do out workouts. For this, we have created less intense versions of every workout of the day. The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2.
