workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 10-Minute workout from home. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series.
Circuit:
In this workout, I’m going to show you a follow a long workout you can complete with me within the comfort of your home. This workout routine will hit your entire body and should get your heart racing. We will be hitting exercises that target your full body. This workout is made up of 10 exercises, doing each for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second break.
10-Minute Workout from Home
Circuit:
50 seconds of jog in place, 10 second rest
50 seconds of jumping jacks, 10 second rest
50 seconds of steam engines, 10 second rest
50 seconds of air squat, 10 second rest
50 seconds of lunges, 10 second rest
50 seconds of burpess, 10 second rest
50 seconds of high plank, 10 second rest
50 seconds of toe touches, 10 second rest
50 seconds of mountain climbers, 10 second rest
50 seconds of jog in place, 10 second rest
