Cardio Round 1…
For today’s cardio, we are going to doing 1 minute of the following exercises:
- Jog in place
- Jumping jacks
- Steam Engines
- Jump Ropes
- Arm Circles
This is a 5 minute warmup which is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. If it is nice outside, feel free to substitute this with a run outside instead. I started off this workout with a two mile run.

Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
25 Minute HIIT Full Body Workout at Home
5 minute warmup
– 1 minute jog in place
– 1 minute jumping jacks
– 1 minute steam engines
– 1 minute jump ropes
– 1 minute arm circles
Circuit
– 3 rounds of the following:
-30 seconds air squat
– 30 seconds alternating lunges
– 30 seconds of skater
– 30 seconds of mountain climbers
– 30 seconds break
Circuit
– 3 rounds of the following:
– 30 seconds of inch worm
– 30 seconds of right side plank
– 30 seconds of left side plank
– 30 seconds of side bear crawls
– 30 seconds break
Abs
– 30 seconds of high knees
– 30 seconds of boat pose
– 30 seconds of leg raises
– 30 seconds of knee to elbows
