Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 30-Minute HIIT Full Body Workout which will test your physical stamina and endurance. The workout is designed to be completed fast, so to get the most out of it, stick to the routine outlined!

Cardio Round 1…

To start off the workout, we are going to hit the stairmaster for 8 – 10 minutes. I changed it up today rather then starting off the workout on the treadmill. Play around with the intensity here to get your body ready for the workout.

Weights Round 1…

For the first round of exercises, we are going to do a 4 round 4 full body exercise circuit which will target all major muscle groups in your body. You can choose to do these exercises with or without weight.

Weights Round 2…

For our second round of weights we are going to do another 4 round 4 full body exercise circuit, but this one will be time based. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and then take a 20 second rest before starting the next round.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
