Today we are doing a 45-minute arm workout circuit to get the blood flowing and to get a good pump. This is a high intense workout, incorporating 4 sets of supersets. Supersets are when your pair 2 exercises back to back, with no rest in between.

To start it off, I did an incline walk for 10 minutes. I typically run a mile, but figured today to change it up some. This is still good to warm up the body to get ready for your first exercise. Feel free to run instead of walk.

The first exercise is the curl machine. Start off kind of light here to get your arms warmed up, then for the last 2 sets bump up the weight.

The next 4 exercises will have another paired with it, to make it a superset, totaling 8 exercises. Try to minimize the amount of rest you take in between each set. This arm workout circuit took me a total 45 minutes, resulting in a good sweat and a great pump.

Less Intense Version:

The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
