Today’s workout is a 45 Minute HIIT Chest Workout to get your week off started right and to get the blood flowing. This workout is designed to be up tempo, so push yourself through the duration of it.

To get things started, we are going to hit the treadmill for a sprint circuit. To warm up the body, we will walk for 1 minute and then jog for 4. Next we will do a high intensity run for 30 seconds before bringing it back to a jog, repeating this 2 more times.

For weights, we will be hitting chest. We will do 5 exercises for 4 sets each. Feel free to replace any of the dumbbell work with barbell or vice versa.

To end it, we will do some abs along with stretching. Stretching should be made a priority after every workout. This is important to keep the body loose and injury free.

Less Intense Version:

The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
