Hope everyone had a great weekend! Here is a good workout to get your week started right.

 

  • 1 mile warm up run (1% incline)
  • Dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
  • Incline alternating dumbbell bench press 8, 8, 8, 8 (each arm)
  • Incline dumbbell flies 10, 10, 10, 10
  • One arm cable press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
  • 50 push ups
  • 1 minute plank
  • 30 toe touches
  • 50 heel touches
  • 15 leg raises
  • 1 mile run (1.5% incline)

 

Less intense version

  • .5 mile warm up run or walk
  • Dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10,
  • Incline alternating dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
  • Incline dumbbell flies 10, 10, 10
  • One arm cable press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
  • 25 push ups
  • 1 minute plank
  • 30 toe touches
  • 50 heel touches
  • 15 leg raises
  • .5 mile run or walk
