For today’s cardio, get some fresh air and go on a run outside! You can do a 5 minute or 5 mile run today. It is really up to you. If it is to cold or rainy outside, feel free to do a cardio workout from one of our workouts in the Coronavirus Home Workout Series.

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be doing a complete core workout! The circuit almost feels like a full body workout too because you will be moving through these exercises. This is not just a lay on your back and do 10 crunches type of core workout. This is meant to target your whole core and get your heart rate up in the process.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have
