Get in a full blown Cardio Workout from Home with this 20 Minute HIIT Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 20 Minute HIIT workout which can be done from home or from anywhere! As more individuals move to home workouts, here at Top Tier, we are committed to creating workouts that are more versatile.  

Circuit…

Todays workout is broken out into 2 circuits, each have 3 exercises followed by a 30 second break. We will do each circuit 4 times and perform each exercise for 30 seconds before moving onto the next one. 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Cardio Round 1:

4 rounds of the following:

  – 30 seconds jog in place

  – 30 seconds jumping jacks

  – 30 seconds mountain climbers

  – 30 second rest

 

Cardio Round 2:

4 rounds of the following:

   – 30 seconds high knees

   – 30 seconds burpees

   – 30 seconds clap jacks

   – 30 seconds rest

 

Jog in Place:

Jumping Jacks:
