Get Stronger With This Chest Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Chest Workout to Make you Stronger. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series.

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be on the treadmill and start off with a 30 second walk, then a 1 minute jog, 1 minute run, and 30 second sprint. We will do this a total of 3 times. This will help get your body ready and loose for today’s workout.

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing on chest with extra emphasis on bench. We want to go heavy here today so I would suggest having a spotter or finding someone at the gym to spot you. Make sure as the reps decrease, the weight increases. This is important to help build strength.

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 4 different exercise for a total of 3 sets. Add in weight to help make this workout harder! This should get your core burning!

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
