- Dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
- Incline alternating dumbbell bench press 8, 8, 8, 8 (each arm)
- Incline dumbbell flies 10, 10, 10, 10
- One arm cable press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
- 50 push ups
- 1 minute plank
- 30 toe touches
- 50 heel touches
- 15 leg raises
- 1 mile run (1.5% incline)
Less intense version
- .5 mile warm up run or walk
- Dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10,
- Incline alternating dumbbell bench press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
- Incline dumbbell flies 10, 10, 10
- One arm cable press 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
- 25 push ups
- 1 minute plank
- 30 toe touches
