Today’s workout of the day is a Endurance Cardio Workout with Abs. To get the workout started, we are going to run a 5k. You can choose to do this inside or outside, it is really up to you.
After the run we will do 3 rounds of an ab circuit. The circuit will have crunches, oblique dips, Russian twists, and a plank. For this, focus on the hold and stabilizing the core. Get the most out of these circuits.
