For my final day at the beach, here is what I did first thing in the morning:

  • 2 mile run
  • 3 rounds of the following:
    • 4 sprints
    • 10 burpees
    • 25 jumping jacks
    • 1 minute plank

This workout should take around 35 – 45 minutes. I am going to put all of the vacation workouts together and place them on the Workout Plans page

My plan with these vacation workouts was to keep them fairly quick but effective. I love going on vacation, but towards the tail end of it, I feel terrible about myself. Indulging yourself with beer, liquor, and food is fun, but can take a toll. These workouts really helped me feeling good throughout this trip and made me feel less bad about letting my diet slip for a few days. I hope you find these useful for your next vacation!
