workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Workout of the Day July 4th Edition . This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series.
Circuit…
Todays workout is going to be 4 rounds, 7 exercises for 20 seconds each. The 7 represents July, the 4 represents the 4th of July, and the 20 seconds represents 2020. This should be a quick and easy workout to get your 4th started off on the right track and to give you a buffer to a few more beers!
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
Workout of the Day July 4th Edition:
4 rounds of the following 7 exercises, for 20 seconds each
– jog in place/or sprints
– jumping jacks
– jump squats
– alternating lunges
– mountain climbers
– burpees
– plank jacks
