Today’s workout is a heavy leg day routine. I started off pretty light to warm up the legs and then transitioned into heavier sets, eventually ending it with a heavy 3 rep set. By the end of this workout, your legs should feel like jello! I know doing legs on a Friday is not ideal, but I think it is a great way to start your weekend (Especially if you plan to sit on the couch and watch football LOL).

Incorporating legs into your weekly workout routine is a very important aspect. To understand more benefits of leg day, go here

I was not able to get in any ab work, but if you do, I think doing core on leg day is a great thing to incorporate! Go out there and challenge yourself!

Less Intense Version:

The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
