Today’s we are going to do a low impact full body workout. This workout will help give our bodies a break from weight training but still providing a good workout to burn plenty of calories. Try to minimize the amount of rests you take to keep your heart rate up throughout the duration of the workout.

When doing plank, feel free to start in any position (high, low, elbow, side). For this exercise, I am more concerned with making sure you stay up for the full 1:15.
