Create Massive Arms With this Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing the The Ultimate Arm Workout. Its time to get back into the gyms!  

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to do a 10 minute warmup jog or if you are doing the running challenge, incorporate your daily run into the workout. This is a great way to get the blood flowing and to warmup your muscles. 

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing on our arms by doing dumbbell and cable exercises. This is a 8 exercise workout which we will do each exercise for a total of 4 sets. 
 

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 4 different exercise for a total of 3 sets. This should get your core burning! Incorporate weight into these exercises for better results.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Depending on your running program, do your run for the day or make up a run you skipped

 

Circuit:

 – sitting bicep curls 4×10

 – sitting one arm dumbbell tricep extension 4×10 (each arm)

 – bicep curl holds 4×10

 – dumbbell tricep extension 4×10

 – cable curls 4×10

 – cable tricep extension 4×10

 – one arm cable curl 4×10 (each arm)

 – one arm cable tricep extension 4×10 (each arm)

 

 

Abs

3 rounds of the following:

 – 12 weighted toe touches

 – 20 standing weighted oblique dips

 – 10 v-ups

 – 20 weighted russian twists

Sitting Bicep Curls: 

One Arm Tricep Extension:

Cable Curls:

Cable Tricep Extensions:

One Arm Cable Curls:
