Cardio…

For today’s cardio, we are going to start off with a 30 minute run. If you can, try and do this run without stopping at all and really test your cardio endurance. For the last 5minutes, increase the intensity of the run. After the run, bike for an additional 15 minutes. This will really test your cardio endurance and should also keep your heart rate high.

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 4 different exercise for a total of 4 sets. This should get your core burning! You don’t have to incorporate weights into the core exercises, but if you are trying to build stronger and bigger ab muscles, it is recommended to do so.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
