Get ready for summer with this Ultimate Bodyweight Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing the Ultimate Bodyweight Workout. This is another workout that can be done at the gym, home, or anywhere! If you are looking to get in a good sweat, this is a great workout for you.

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to doing a 2 mile run. This is going to challenge some of you but push through this. Summer is right around the corner so now it is time to start putting more emphasis on cardio to get more lean.

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing on full body using nothing but body weight. This is an 8 exercise circuit where we will be hitting upper body, lower body, cardio (more cardio!) and abs. We will do this circuit for a total of 5 times.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
