Cardio Round 1…
For today’s cardio, we are going to do a 10 minute warmup jog. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. If you are feeling ambitious, feel free to extend that 10 minute run into a 15 or 20 minute run. This will set the pace for the rest of the workout.
Circuit…
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
I think people truly underestimate the benefits of stretching and how it can help prevent future injuries. Don’t blow off stretching, make sure you do it!

3 rounds of the following:
– 40 jumping jacks
– 35 high knees
– 30 heel touches
– 25 toe touches
– 20 second jog in place
– 15 leg raises
– 10 v-ups
– 5 sprints (any distance sprint)
