Get Leaner with this High Intensity Gym Cardio Workout!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a High Intensity Gym Cardio Workout. This workout will get your heart pumping and the sweat flowing! You may be able to do this workout at home if you have a bike!

Cardio…

For todays workout we are going to be focusing on cardio. This workout should take anywhere from 35 – 50 minutes, depending on how fast you get through the distances. I wanted to put a little bit more emphasis on cardio this week as we approach the holiday weekend and looking sharp is key!

This workout will really test your cardio and also get a good sweat going. Take breaks as need of course, and drink plenty of fluids throughout the workout.

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 5 different exercises for 10 reps each. We will do the ab circuit for a total of 4 times.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
